How do I book?
Choose a grave-care or Niyaz package, fill in the details and review your order summary. When you press “Send Order Request on WhatsApp”, your request is saved and WhatsApp opens with a message already written for you. We reply to confirm availability, the price and the next steps before any work begins.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I send the request?
Not yet. Every request is reviewed personally. Your order is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you on WhatsApp.
What evidence will I receive?
Every grave-care package includes photographs of the completed work. Standard, Premium and our care plans also include video, and Premium includes a live video call from the graveside. Once the service is complete, we share the photographs and video with you privately on WhatsApp.
What if I don’t know exactly where the grave is?
Share whatever you know, such as the graveyard, block, nearby landmarks or a family contact. You can add our grave-location search (PKR 3,500) to any grave-care package. We will keep you updated and will not carry out the service until we are confident we have the right grave.
